What We Do
Who We Are
AlphaZulu Consultants LLC was formed after Hurricane Harvey hit Southwest Texas and Louisiana, leaving tens-of-thousands of people without a livable home. Veteran owner Anthony Zuvich started working through a staffing firm on the Partial Repair and Essential Power for Sheltering (PREPS) program in 2017. Learning the impact on people's lives this program had inspired us to keep learning and developing, which lead to the formation of our company.
Our goals
Our mission is to aid other firms, and state and local governments in the planning, development and staffing of disaster recovery programs following emergencies and natural disasters. Our goal is to hire from the communities affected whenever possible.
Our Expertise
We are a certified Texas Historically Underutilized Business (HUB). We have people with varying experiences in disaster recovery. This includes program development, intake and eligibility, application processing, closeout and document management, database planning and development, and all other aspects of running a successful project. Part of our primary focus is in bringing quickly deployable, customized technologies to the industry.

Our Experience
Our principle has over 15 years working in the client service industry with experience in project planning and development, operation and workforce management, leadership development and coaching, and technical experience in planning, developing and deployment of custom systems and databases. Our team has taken those applicable experiences and amplified them to apply to the Disaster Recovery Industry. We have worked on the PREPS program which assisted 10,000 families in Texas after Hurricane Harvey, the Homeowner Reimbursement program which provided up to $50,000 in reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses for eligible repairs, and the State of Texas Homeowner Assistance program serving in the City of Houston and Harris County, which can provide either repair, if feasible, or reconstruction, if needed, to eligible applicants homes.
